Milbank London

Milbank, LSM, and Cushman & Wakefield undertook a comprehensive building evaluation, yielding a location ideally situated for a unique office fitout with:

  • Exterior terraces on both floors with views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and the London skyline

  • Multi-modal transit hub, with access to cross-rail at Liverpool Street

  • Connection to the Broadgate neighborhood

  • British Land’s first Net-Zero development

  • Comprehensive neighborhood level recycling and waste management tailored towards waste reduction

The move from their previous workspaces in two separate buildings to a centralized location increased efficiency by 32%.The design of the office which features, high quality finishes, abundant natural light, a large central atrium, and site-specific artwork has been a central and successful component in getting employees back into the office post-pandemic.
