Centerbridge Partners’ headquarters in New York’s iconic Seagram Building blends modern design with the building’s historic legacy. LSM worked closely with Centerbridge Partners to reimagined their office space and reflect their evolving identity and future growth. The centerpiece of the renovation is a striking double-height atrium, symbolizing transparency and collaboration, with a suspended glass panel installation by artist Spencer Finch. The project honors the Seagram Building’s original design, preserving elements like the travertine elevator lobby, and iconic illuminate ceiling along the perimeter while adding subtle contemporary touches. The result is a harmonious fusion of past and present, celebrating both architectural integrity and forward-thinking design.
