LSM designed Brookfield’s corporate office at Brookfield Place in New York, embracing an open, collaborative, and agile workspace that aligns with the company’s brand and future growth.

Since designing the original fit-out in 2013, which consolidated business multiple units under one roof and embraced an all open office strategy to increase density and collaboration opportunities, LSM has worked with Brookfield to support several expansions and renovations of their New York Headquarters. The most recent renovation completed in 2023, and true to original vision, the workspace prioritizes collaboration and flexibility, supporting various workstyles in a non-hierarchical layout. Employee workspaces are located near tech-enhanced active and quiet zones, while formal conference areas are connected to a multi-use café.
